Why Today is Such a Great Day to Start Manifesting

I’m currently living and teaching yoga in Bali.
I’ve learned quite a bit about the Hindu religion here, and it coincides with a lot of things I already believe myself (although I’m spiritual, not religious).
For example, fasting is believed to make one’s body lighter, letting the spirit energy become stronger.
Therefore, the days when they fast are thought to be very good days to meditate, and for all things spiritual to be practiced.
As someone who’s gotten really into meditation lately, this is an exciting thing to explore.
I’ve been diving deep into manifesting techniques, reaching the ‘higher self,’ kundalini yoga, and even astral projection. I know — it’s a lot.
So why today, you ask?
Well, Monday’s and Thursday’s are ideal fasting and meditation days, for religious reasons according to Hinduism.
But besides the fact that it’s Monday, we also have a full moon today.
Balinese Hindu practitioners (and maybe other Hindu’s, I’m not sure) believe that the full moon is like meditation prime-time.
As such, I’ve been doing lots of active and non-active meditation today with my Balinese host, owner of the resort where I teach.
He even has this cute little meditation cave where we just got lost in meditation and manifestation efforts for forty-five minutes, because apparently 12 pm specifically is strong ‘kundalini time.’
We fast from 6 am to 6 pm, which has significance with kundalini energy as well.
So if you’re spiritual in any way, open-minded, or simply curious, try meditation today!
Honestly, every day is a great day to start, but why not begin your spiritual journey on a full moon?
And if you don’t have any interest in exploring the mystical world, use today as a day for manifesting whatever you’d like to achieve in your life.
For many of you, it’s very early Monday morning, so you still have plenty of time!
Namaste, and happy manifesting!
